American Warranty Service's calls are answered 24 hours a day seven days a week. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST (Central Standard Time).
Sometimes problems with products can be fixed by our technicians, other times an actual product repair or replacement is needed. If so, you will be directed to a service center near you. Please have your product model, serial number and proof of purchase ready when you call as these things will be necessary in order to start a warranty claim and to identify your nearest service center.
